Got a dog? Set 'em loose in one of Seattle's pack of off-leash pooch parks!
- Ballard Offleash Area: Located in Golden Gardens, this park has large runs, great trails, and the dog run itself is nice and large. Golden Gardens Park is located at 8498 Seaview Pl. NW, Seattle, WA, 98107.
- Woodlawn Park Off-leash Area- If you are looking to let your pooch get a workout, this park is great because it is built on an incline. There is a central watering hole; Waring: It can be a muddy mess! The dog owners are typically friendly. Located at 750 N. 50th St, Seattle WA 98103.
- Regrade Park - This off-leash park is pretty small but perfect if you live downtown. It' s also with-in the free bus ride area for downtown. Good news! Dogs are allowed on metro buses. This park is located at 2251 3rd Ave.
- Westcrest Park Off-Leash Area- This dog park is a place where dogs are free to run, roll over, and make new friends. Featuring more than four acres of grass, open spaces and paths for the pooches, plus benches, chairs, sheltered shade, public restrooms, and a doggie drinking fountain for thirsty pooches. Also, there is a small and shy dog area. It's located on the southwest side, up on the hill. This park is located at: 9000 8th Ave. SW
- Magnuson dog park -Located in Seattle, close to the university village, Magnuson dog park offers Doggy paradise. There is a wide variety of plants, flowers, and bushes for your dog to explore, and lots of naturally occurring trees and brush give the park a more woodsy feel. It is complete with two football field-sized Frisbee/ball throwing yards, trails, a fenced area for small & shy dogs, and a beachfront for swimmers, complete with a convenient house-off area. This place has it all! It is a Disneyland for dogs and our top choice for Seattle.
