Pigs Peace Sanctuary
At the age of 15, Judy Woods made a life decision to become a vegetarian. That was in 1970. Later, Judy became a vegan. And now she is the Director and Founder of "Pigs Peace Sanctuary", a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the humane care of pigs and their friends.
Mark Ring has created an exceptional documentary that follows Pigs Peace founder Judy Woods throughout her continual struggle to provide a safe haven for rescue pigs. Mark's documentary shares stories of rescue from sickness, isolation, abuse and impending slaughter. You meet these incredible animals and share a small piece of there daily lives. Check out the video at the Pigs Peace Sanctuary Documentary page.
