Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, both the flesh and seeds of the pumpkin provide many health-boosting nutrients. It's distinctive bright orange color also clearly indicates that it's an excellent source of the ever important beta-carotene. Research shows that people who eat a diet rich in beta-carotene are less likely to develop certain cancers than those who fail to include beta-carotene-rich foods in their diet.
why only feed your inside when your outside can benefit from pumpkin's powerful benefits as well? We have a special recipe to unleash all the benefits from the nutrient rich pumpkin that inquires it into your skincare as a beneficial skin boosting mask.
