This is a tasty, crunchy cabbage salad with Ramen noodles and toasted almonds. It's perfect to take on a picnic or share at a potluck; don't be surprised when people want you to share your recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 Package faux-chicken chunks (we used the brand by quorn)
- 1 Large head of cabbage; shredded (or 1 1/2 bags cabbage or coleslaw mix)
- 1/2 Cup toasted almonds
- 5 Green onions, chopped
- 1 package Ramen noodles; crunch into small pieces
- 3 tbsp. sesame seeds
Dressing Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup sesame oil
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 Ramen season packet
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients well until sugar and seasonings are dissolved into the oil and vinegar mixture. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Enjoy!
